This is a basic introduction to making educational videos by recording the computer screen (often referred to as screencasting).

This will give you all the basics in less than 10 minutes.

NOTE: After the video was made I found one other setting that needs to be changed. Under Options, video options.. set the compressor to “CamStudio Lossless Codec v1.5″
