We recently made changes to The Brain Mill’s internal phone system so that it is integrated with our ticket system.
During normal business hours we will still be answering the phones as we always have. However, if we don’t answer, your voicemail regarding your IT issue will be converted directly to text and delivered right to our staff and ticket system.
Also, with this upgrade we have more control over our phone messages than ever before and, being the techie guys that we are, we added a little “Easter Egg” into our system.
